Walgreens Pharmacy

Pharmacy always seems to be short staffed and medications are frequently out of stock for days at a time, and sometimes for a week or more. If you get through to the pharmacy on the phone in less than an hour you should buy a lottery ticket. I can drive there and wait in line quicker than it takes to go through the hold pattern on the telephone. In person the service is much better.

Needs to add to their employee roster and may want to work on management to customer relations. They really don't keep a good stock of medications or enough of the sales items knowing they will have many customers looking for them. As for the cosmetics section is the best you will find for that area and the girl in charge of it really needs a raise for being the most helpful employee in the building even if it's not her department. More employees may want to stay with the company if it stops trying to just make a bottom line verses make a connection. Motivation and training is key for success.
