I normally use Dr.Sheppard’s other office. His practice never disappoints whether in Southside or south Southside. If they stopped taking my insurance I’d still go there at full price. Always friendly, always knowledgeable, always on time. This is my dentist for life.

The office staff is always pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Sheppard has the most modern equipment, technology and a welcoming environment. Always pleased with the service I receive. During my most recent visit, I now love to smile more, since my bottom front teeth look amazing! If you are looking for a great dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Jacob Sheppard and his staff!

Dr. Sun and her team are fantastic. I see her every 6 months, and it’s by far the best cleaning experience I’ve ever had. There is no pain or discomfort, they are very nice people, and answer all my questions. They even helped me with a retainer. Highly recommend this group!
