My doctor sent in a new prescription a week ago and yet, here we are, still waiting. For some reason, it was never filled. I called not once, not twice, but three times, and every single time I was told, they would start filling it, even giving me a pick up day. Spoiler alert: they didn’t. To make matters worse, the woman on the phone was not only completely unhelpful, but also incredibly rude. And when you do call you get put on hold for several minutes. At one point I opted for them to call me back. They never did, so I had to call again. Every time that I call even in the past they are incredibly rude. Was more convient when they had 3 location now their down to just one in taunton lines can be long but they move fast and their always friendly.

Walgreens really shut down the wrong location, this one should have closed. Ever since we moved from the closed Lakeville location we have had issue after issue; from constant computer issues to never having common meds in stock, they just don't have their act together.

The guy with the glasses and long black hair that was in a pony tail was very rude towards me when I was checking out. Only time I ever wanted to say something back to someone but I decided against it. But that doesn’t mean I’m not going to let it be known here! Only thing I did was not understand what he was asking me to do.
