They close at 4pm and turned my husband away at 3:20 because there were several people ahead of him. I could see it if he walked in at 3:45/the last minute. But if you close at 4 you should be accepting patients until that time—or state somewhere on your website that you stop taking walk-in patients at a certain cutoff time. I’m sure everyone would like to get out of there in a timely manner, including the patients who wait an exorbitant amount of time to be seen. But given that their business is caring for patients—maybe don’t turn away people in need of care.

On January 2nd I took my husband to this location, our first time ever using an urgent care facility. Usually we end up going to the emergency room, but after our visit, if possible we will head to an urgent care facility. The staff from the moment we arrived was caring and thorough. I would definitely suggest this urgent care in Middleboro for excellent care.

I went in with a kidney stone because I was in so much pain I couldn't drive to the hospital. Even when they could not diagnose me, the ladies went out of their way to make me comfortable. They set me up with an IV and called an ambulance. I could not have had a better experience and I am so grateful for the care I received. 10 stars if possible

Facility used to be efficiently run but lately it has taken a turn for the worst. Wait times have gone from minutes to hours. As I am sitting here waiting on my daughter to be seen i am watching ppl that arrived well after we did coming out and going home.

I came here with flu like symptoms and everyone took such great care of me and checked on me and were so nice. They care about you. The facility is very nice as well. Great experience.
