Walgreens Pharmacy

Today was the luckiest day of my life. Walgreens is usually so busy and everyone is always on the go, but the people there are so nice. But today I met Veronica, and she was so kind and patient. My family doctor needed records of my past flu and COVID shots 😂😅. I can't remember the exact times, but I just remember that I got them. She explained the situation to me and helped me get the records to the doctor. I asked her again, as my kids asked me to ask if I needed a flu shot today. Even though she was busy, she smiled, which made me feel so relieved. Thank you, Veronica❤️😘👍

Trying to fill a prescription and they were so rude. One lady even hung up on me. Not a great way to treat customers. Especially since most of the customers calling into the pharmacy are calling because they are sick or in pain. Do better.

If you want passport photos, or any other photos, I recommend visiting this place. The service is very good and fast.

My experience with this branch today was a prime example of how understaffed, disorganized, incompetent and careless Walgreens can be. This is one of many branches that alternates between simply not picking up their phone, or routing their phone calls to a call center. The call center staff is (somewhat understandably) even more unable to provide simple answers about prescriptions and accurate pick-up times than the actual store staff. Even when you finally think you've gotten on the same page with the pharmacy, they manage to still not have your prescription ready anywhere near the estimated pick-up time. The pick-up times are quite unreasonable to begin with — most pharmacies around the world manage to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. It's difficult to understand what takes hours a
