I have had my hearing aids for three years, and every year Tony has carefully listened to my experiences and has tweaked the settings on my aids to better fit what I want to hear. He is thoroughly knowledgeable about the highly-technical tools he has on his computer to adjust the settings. I highly recommend him. I have no complaints about my Oticon hearing aids. They have zero harshness, and they give me a much better ability to understand what people are saying. I can discretely reach behind my ear to adjust the volume, or to change to modes between the settings that Tony optimized for me for voice or for music. It’s sort of nifty to be able to turn down the volume when a toddler starts screaming nearby. The music mode has restored enjoyment that I didn’t realize that I had lost.

Miss Dee Dee is a treasure! Very helpful and so cordial. Dr. Tony was very thorough for my hearing screening and extremely transparent about pricing, realistic expectations, and just an all around nice person!! A very positive experience and the beginning of a long term, very synergistic relationship. I highly recommend Crescent City Hearing for anyone who is serious about having a quality evaluation of their hearing.

Today it is rare that you have as good an experience as I did at Crescent City Hearing Center. Everyone there was pleasant, helpful, and genuinely concerned that my problem was solved. They were able to fix my hearing aide the same day at a very reasonable price! I would certainly recommend using this company!
