Walgreens Pharmacy

This Pharmacy is a joke Atwater Walgreens is way better. I waited in line for way to long these people clearly don’t like there job and whoever runs this Walgreens clearly doesn’t do there part either because there customer service sucks. Definitely switching pharmacies.

Unfortunately, this rating of this pharmacy is brought to you by 1 pharmacy employee, "Priscilla". She was rude to each patient who was in line today, including myself. Even though we patiently waited while the entire pharmacy returned from lunch 20 minutes after the posted open time. This employee either needs to work in the back away from patients/customers, or she needs proper customer service and patient care mandatory CE classes. I won't go into detail of the many issues I encountered with her in the 1 visit I was there.. unless the manager wants to know.

Literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used in my life. Been in line multiple times inside the store and in the car to get prescriptions to be told they had been sent back because they weren’t picked up yet their test notifications aren’t working. Sat in line 2 times today, first time 20 mins and had to leave, was 3 cars back didn’t move once. 2nd time I waited 45 mins (3 cars back again) for me to finally get helped only for the tech to walk away and never come back. In fact I’m still sitting here for another 10 mins waiting for her to come back and give me my prescription or let me know what’s going on.. I’ve pushed the call button 3 times, nothing. This place is a JOKE!!!

I love Walgreens. I'm glad you have a drive thru. And, they know my name. Which makes it easier every time I call. It's easier for them and for me..

Loooooongest wait ever. And half the time they dont have certain meds in and you gotta wait a week or two for them to come in.
