Walgreens Pharmacy

I have problems and end up having to call my insurance every time I come here. The insurance covers the medicines, but Walgreens has problems swapping generics for brand names, etc. Some staff are great but their system is frustrating and you’re on your own if confusion arises. I wasn’t able to get a vaccine. I’m insured but there was some problem with my account. I waited an hour and a half and wasn’t allowed pay cash to get it over with… i could have gotten the shot for free if I was uninsured.

My medications were produced exactly at the time I had been told. Great service .

The past several months things have gone down Hill. Seems like every monthly visit I have issues with at least one script being filled , Issues that could be resolved by the pharmacist Are refused And just poor service all around I was forced to give a one star that's very generous. I would suggest a different pharmacy.

PHARMACISTS DENY LEGAL PRESCRIPTIONS ON A WHIM HERE. My doctor of 12 years called him and demanded they give me my medication. She was baffled that they were treating me so terribly. They did give it to me eventually but they were all looking at me like I was doing something wrong and that I needed to leave. I told him it is highly unethical to deny me my legal prescriptions.
