Courtney handled my new patient phone call and was so sweet, helpful, and welcoming. During my visits, I worked with both Jessica and Tiffany as treatment coordinators, and they were fantastic. They each took the time to clearly explain everything, answer my questions, and make the process feel smooth and stress-free. And of course, Dr. McNeight is truly an expert. You can tell right away that you’re in incredibly capable hands. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and confidence gave me so much trust in my treatment plan. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for top-tier orthodontic care with a genuinely kind team!

Where do I start! From the first visit greeting me at the door and checking me in to the incredible kindness and gentle care for my X-rays and images, to the detailed treatment plan options and understandable explanation by Dr. McNeight! Choosing Invisalign was so easy! Getting my Clear Aligners was even easier the dental assistant was knowledgeable, and so gentle and Dr. Caudill so kind. Everyone is so efficient at this office. I just cannot express my happiness with the patient care I’ve been receiving and it’s only been a few months of care! I had such a wonderful experience at this Orthodontics office! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, organized, and actually exciting to be a part of. Watching my teeth gradually become straighter over time was such a rewarding experience, and now I couldn’t be happier seeing my straight smile everyday! Caudill & McNeight Orthodontics came highly recommended by a friend in dentistry. I was not disappointed! My daughter and I both received treatment from this group and we were completely satisfied with our results as well as the care we received. My daughter had braces and I chose invisalign. We really got to know the staff very well considering how many appointments needed between the two of us! Dr. McNeight was absolutely fantastic! She truly made us feel comfortable and made sure we understood the process. All you could ask for from a provider! She has an incredible staff as well! Always friendly and most impressive always on time! They truly make you feel like family! Highly recommend!!
