Walgreens Pharmacy

Unfortunately I never had much good luck with Walgreens pharmacy. They never seemed to have my prescription ready when I came in. They seem to like to take a lunch break maybe just when I'm there. Give up started going to Drug mart. So far so good.

I just came through the drive through to pick up and drop off prescriptions. At first before this woman found out I was dropping off a prescription she was decent. Then she found out I was dropping off and picking up and immediately caught an attitude, rolling her eyes. Then some other woman who is working with her, comes to the window and listens to what had just happened. After I explained to the brunette in the red sweat shirt what happened. Who I think her name was Sara. The girl refused to give me the first pharmacist’s name. Who I think was Bev. Young, smaller stature brunette with glasses. The 1st pharmacist who was mad that I said she was rude for rolling her eyes, tried telling me I can pick my son’s prescription up when I come back to get the other. And I said no, it’s ready I wa

All I want is a realistic time expectation when picking up prescriptions. Lady at the counter said a 20 minute wait and it turned into a hour long process. If it is going to be an hour just tell me I won’t wait around on my lunch break. And won’t give one star.

On hold for over ten minutes. Reminded every ten SECONDS (I timed it) that I was still on hold and my call was important. Finally hung up. Please reconsider how often you need to tell people they are on hold. It was like water torture!

Best pharmacy I've dealt with. The staff is great, they always call you, send you texts and always on time. Great Job Walgreens!
