Walgreens Pharmacy

This pharmacy is obviously understaffed, and the people who do work there are not trained well. I asked that a refill request be sent to my primary physician since the MD he had referred me to had released me back to the primary. Dr. Primary and I had discussed it, and he was expecting the refill request. They have the primary's name and number because he writes my other prescriptions. Easy enough or so I thought. Went to pick it up, and the specialist had denied it again. I asked why it was sent to the specialist, and the fella said that everything that I requested was documented on my account, but now the med was "closed," so he couldn't do anything with it. Poorly Trained staff providing misinformation just to get customers out of the way. I provided them all the information they required for a simple flu shot and was told the document needed to be printed, which was untrue after speaking with another branch.

They do not have people to give vaccines at appointment times. It is absurd . The pharmacist says this is a pharmacy not a dr. Office and yet they take appointment and are not equipped to honor them. This is just unprofessional and disrespectful of customers. Do not take appointments if you can keep them for everyone's sake. It is the right thing to do.

This pharmacy is a joke. The staff have no clue what they’re doing and need to be replaced.
