I thoroughly enjoyed my experience! Dr. Brett had such a pleasant attitude and was very professional. She explained every step of the appointment so that I was aware of what she was doing. She also made me feel comfortable. 10/10 recommend if you are in need of an audiologist.

Dr. Janet and the entire staff are great. I experienced sudden hearing loss and Dr. Janet came in to the office on a weekend to see me. I am grateful as i feel her prompt attention and recommendations saved my hearing. My father also loves his hearing aids that he purchased from Hanover Audiology and loves the great customer service he receives every visit.

Hanover Audiology went above and beyond for me!! I stopped in and needed hearing aids cleaned for a family member who had been in VCU/MCV hospital for several days and his hearing aids had gotten clogged with wax. My family member and I are both from out of town and my experience made me feel like family. Thank you!

Very friendly and they really care . I was very impressed. I saw Dr. Bishton she was great and really cares. I highly recommend the office.

Went here for an LHI appointment for the military. The staff was very polite and had good conversation. And the Audiologist that assisted me was very educational on what I can do to protect my hearing.
