Walgreens Pharmacy

I’ve never been so disappointed with a pharmacy before. I desperately want to use them for convenience but they are just so bad I give up. No matter how much time I wait after my prescription has been sent it, it is never filled when I get there. When I expressed my frustration that my prescription wasn’t ready after over 24 hour the only response I got was “I don’t know why”. Zero motivation to actually make anything better. Driving an additional 10 mins each way is better than continuing to deal with them.

If no stars was an option that is what I would pick. I have been on hold for 15 mins trying to call in a prescription for a patient that was sent in electronically; somehow they did not receive it. They have the worse customer service. There are 3 other big name pharmacies within a mile or two , people should seek service elsewhere.

This has to be one of the most unprofessional pharmacies I have ever had the displeasure of using. They continually gave me information they weren’t able to confirm, and they were not authorized to give leading me on a wild goose chase to find out I would be without my medication for several days. I am disgusted with their lack of care.

Kept me on hold for 26 minutes. Then just hung up on me. I called another branch and the pharmacist took care of everything in under 3 minutes.

Love this place. From Greg the pharmacist to Carol and Nicky, everyone is always pleasant and helpful.
