Walgreens Pharmacy

If I receive excellent service- I want to tell EVERYONE about it! But if I don't, I don't write anything. I understand that some one or work-shift or Brand could be having a bad day or a bad hour or whatever. I'm really not into writing negative reviews. BUT THIS WALGREENS IS ALWAYS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE! I always receive the best service whether I'm shopping in the store or getting meds at the pharmacy. I believe everyone is knowledgable about whatever questions or concerns one may have. Whether it's one person at the Pharmacy register or 3, the service is so expeditious! The place is always clean and well stocked. The Staff is not only courteous but friendly and kind (those terms are actually different concepts and not always interchangeable.) I went there to get a flu shot and waited over half an hour, with only two customers ahead of me. I expressed my concern and frustration and the young lady was disinterested and rude. I am writing to corporate as well. I will never be back there again.

I’ve had a disappointing experience with Walgreens-branded medications — they didn’t seem to have any real effect. I’d suggest checking your products (like hair dye, etc.) right after purchase and keeping your receipts, just in case you need to return them.

Walgreens pharmacy is my go to for my needs. The staff is courteous, friendly, and remember who you are. Great neighborhood presence and feel. Keep up the great work!

Horrible drive-thru service. Arrived at 4:30 pm and waited behind 3 cars. When we finally made it to the window we were told they closed at 5:00 pm and it was now 5:11 pm. We waited in line for a half hour! The only reason we did the drive-thru was to avoid increased exposure by going inside. The woman at the window said she “couldn’t say no to the COVID tests” for her reason why she serviced the cars in front of us past 5:00 pm. They need a better system for drive-thru transactions to speed up the wait time and better communicate cut off times.
