I arrived and waited 40 minutes until I finally got my blood pressure taken. I was told I would have to wait a bit longer for the doctor. After waiting another 30 minutes, I just left because I had to get back to work. I've never had to wait that long for a doctor before. I spent over an hour there just to get my blood pressure taken. Customer service was fine, the lady at the desk was kind.

Parking lot is a problem not enough space. Every time I tried to pay co-pay I'm told I'm covered and now I received a bill for non- payment ! Unorganized! Former physician should've investigated more before transferring patients to this group. No office phone either. You call in and then someone then call the office & then you get a call.
