This place is getting ridiculous, they are closed when supposed to be open and change hours out of the blue. Came home from the hospital last Friday night and they were closed all weekend and couldn't pickup much needed medication. And today it took 10 hours to get a prescription filled, completely unacceptable that it takes that kind of time to get medication. Rite Aid is going bankrupt and they have better customer service than Walgreens.....with their inconsistencies they are probably next !!!!!!
Staff is very unprofessional,rude and down right discriminating. Too bad corporate doesn't come in and do a secret pharmacy shop! I'm sure they would be highly surprised and appalled by the way staff here treat their customers! Let's hope they grow consciousness and learn to treat their customers with the same respect they would want someone to treat them or someone in their family.
They messed up my information all the time and never have my medicine in stock
They don't accept Medicaid so if that's your insurance, don't even bother. But other than that, they're very nice people!
Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any pharmacy EVER! It was all totally unnecessary and uncalled for.
