Madison Family Dentistry

I had the worst experience at Madison Family Dentistry. If you have any type of anxiety with dental work that is not the place to go. They referred me out bc I refused laughing gas and then tried to refuse me a refund for the entire procedure. The dentist told me I was making him uncomfortable bc I was “uncomfortable”. I was only asking questions about the effects of laughing gas and only wanted to proceed without it which made him very displeased with me. He was continuously pressuring me to take it. I even asked him, isn’t it normal for people to be uncomfortable at a dentist office?! He acted like I was the only patient he’d ever had that had worries in his chair. Really bad experience, he didn’t seem to care what I wanted done and had very poor communication. Then cut me as a patient when I had another dentist quote me for some work. Would not recommend.

I never felt so comfortable and cared for at a dental office, I second a previous reviewer! I have been to quite a few and always felt pressured or talked down to, not here! The dentist and staff explained everything to me in a clear and fun-to-learn way. Their office is open, clean and they even have great tv entertainment above the chair while you wait if that is your thing. They are very friendly and helpful. Their cleaning was gentle on my sensitive teeth. I got referred there by my in-laws and they all love them. Not a stuffy atmosphere at all, the first time I've ever felt at ease at the dentist's!!

Dentist is genuinely a caring guy. From my experience, he's honest, gives options if you're not keen on the first response, and is understanding/patient with dental/procedure fear.

Never have I ever had a better experience with the dentist! I felt cared for, calm, and was explained to thoroughly everything that was going on through the entire procedure. Bonus points for the TV hanging on the ceiling so I could focus on something other than the drills and suction 🤪. The staff is sweet and helpful, it’s incredibly affordable, and the work is efficient. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
