Walgreens Pharmacy

First off, a handful of techs here are helpful, kind, and caring, I wish they were on the clock more often when I end up there, because the other half of the staff are VERY different. This specific Walgreens Pharmacy on Osuna will go to extreme lengths to be unhelpful. They seem to get joy from finding a chance to be rude to their customer base. I watch it happen with people in line, It happens to my family when they go to pick up a prescription. It feels less like a pharmacy meant to help with medications and more like a clique at a high school who like to bully customers.

I feel surprised that the staff is not very helpful and personable and there seems to be a relative disorganization feel.

Pharmacy staff needs more training or more help. Went in today with a question for the Pharmacist. Played a ridiculous game of telephone with one of the techs, as the Pharmacist would not speak to me directly. Went to a different Walgreens, where the staff was attentive. The Pharmacist actually came out from behind the counter and assisted me with picking out what I should be using.

Has to be the Walgreens pharmacy with the rudest pharmacist. The one with the herpes on her lip must have been very frustrated that she was there working. Could not even explain to me what it meant, “ the orders are not in till tomorrow” I had my doctors appointment at 8:00am that morning went in to pick up prescriptions at 8:30 pm. She couldn’t tell me if the doctors office hadn’t called it in or what. 12 hours and no meds. Walgreens you should hire people that want to be there helping your customers!!

So you cannot verify online if they have at home covid testing kits; you have to go into a store to investigate. One of the dumber things I've seen in awhile. Glad to see they have Snickers and cokes in stock though...hopefully I will be able to check inventory online for diabetes supplies in 10 years.
