I just spent the past 30 minutes being put on hold and disconnected twice. Trying to do the right thing to cancel a flu shot I am unable to make. When I got thru the lady that helped was very polite. Your customer service is lacking and the automated help is poor.
I went there for the updated covid vaccine from Pfizer and they gave me the Moderna vaccine that I just got 5 months earlier. Very misleading
