Walgreens Pharmacy

This pharmacy is not that bad. I fear it suffers from frustration bias - meaning all the frustrated people complain and give bad ratings. I believe they are short staffed and overworked. Overall, it is fine. Yes, you have to go in twice to get a prescription filled - once after your doctor has sent the prescription over and ask if your prescription is ready, and then a second time in 15 or so minutes after they have prioritized your prescription. I haven’t been there for a flu shot in a while so I won’t comment on that. There are plenty of moderately satisfied pharmacy customers who use this pharmacy.

Routinely takes forever to get prescriptions. DO NOT get your flu shot here, or any vaccine. You have to first wait in the prescription pick up line (takes forever) - then and only then they will take you after they are caught up on the filling and distributing prescriptions. Each patient takes about 15 minutes as if it’s a first encounter/Full History and Physical. Changing pharmacies. The rest of the store is fine.

I don’t understand why they ask to make an appointment for a vaccine when they call me 45 minutes late and there was no one before me. I was the only one waiting to be vaccinated. No respect for other people’s time. When I asked why it was taking so long they only said “Sorry”. Worst place to get a vaccine.

Waited over an hour past my appointment time for a flu shot. Only saw 1 person get their shot in the time frame. Was told my pharmacist to keep waiting and they’d be with me “soon”.

TERRIBLE PHARMACY SERVICE. Made appointment for 12:45pm for a vaccine. Filled everything out online and arrived on time. I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen and that's because I got upset and asked them why wasn't my time or appointment honored?? Very unprofessional and disrespectful to not honor appointment times. They suck!
