Walgreens Pharmacy

I'd give this pharmacy 0 stars if i could. The woman working the drive-thru proceeded to ignore me for roughly 10 minutes until I finally said something. I then find out they never filled my RX that was sent over days prior. They tell me just wait 20 minutes while they fill it. After nearly 45 minutes (still not ready) I'm starting to question if they even have my prescription. Unbelievably bad customer service coupled with careless attitude.

One of the worst pharmacies. Long waits, long holds, probably due to understaffed. Every month there is a problem with my prescription. I’m not even exaggerating. In the last 8 months, only 1 time has my prescription successfully went through without a hitch. By far one of the most incompetent, aggressively inefficient pharmacies. AVOID!

Arrives an hour and ten minutes before close to pick up my prescription. Signs on drive thru said closed!!! Went inside and asked why? Was told lunch break, should reopen in 10 minutes. I went back to car and sat in drive it opened in 20 and the Pharmasist looked at me three times from across the counter before asking my name as if I should not be there. Sorry to be the bother!

Impossible to speak to a pharmacy via phone or pick up a prescription at the drive through or inside. I’ve gone to the pharmacy three times this week to pick up a prescription and have had to leave because the line doesn’t move. No one has time to wait in line for hours. I also tried calling the pharmacy to transfer my prescription elsewhere no one picks up. You’re stuck on hold forever, and never get through to anyone. Earlier this month my husband waited for 45 minutes for his medication, after receiving an email saying it was ready for pickup, to be told that the they were out of stock of the drug. Did they give away his medication? Genuinely confused and concerned on how this pharmacy is run.

This pharmacy is generally difficult to use. The waits are so long I often have to come back and try again. Regularly waiting 20 minute just to pick up a filled prescription is absurd. This place has a chronic shortage of pharmacy technicians, Walgreens needs to pay their techs better and hire more of them.
