Duly Health and Care - Lisle Immediate Care Center

I normally go to the urgent care on Rickert and have always had a great experience. I made an appointment at Lisle because it was on my way home from work. When I arrived (10 minutes early) at my appointment time, I was told that there was an hour wait. I understand triage needs to happen, but why is Duly offering appointment times if they are not going to be honored. Appointment times should take precedence over walk-ins. The only reason I’m going to urgent care in the first place is because it’s beyond difficult to get in to see my PCP. Either keep it strictly for walk-ins only or do not offer appointments.

I went in to immediate care feeling absolutely horrible and was met by Sophia who was nothing but kind and helpful. She truly listened to everything i had to say, went over all of my options with me, and just went above and beyond. You can just tell she truly cares about her patients and we definitely need more people like her in healthcare. I received exceptional care from her and she’s absolutely amazing!

Sophia (PA) has excellent bedside manner, spends quality time with her patients, and even had the courtesy to follow up with me via telephone within 48 hours! She took her time, provided detailed education, and made me feel like a priority.

I go to this one whenever I have a problem medically. I’m always able to get an appointment same day. The doctors and the nurses are great there. Never waited long and in most cases in an out 45 minutes tops. They are always able to help me and even have set up a referral appointment for me for a follow up visit with a specialist. I was able to get my prescription sent to the pharmacy. I highly recommend them if you need to get in quick.

The nurse practitioner was awful. She would not listen to me. My doctor told me to go there to get pain meds, which was completely legit. I asked for three days until I get in with my MRI and she gave me Toradol and this is what my knee looks like now. Today is Sunday so tomorrow at 10 AM I go see my doctor. I get an MRI first and then see the orthopedic doctor. But as of now the Tornell is not even touching the pain and I have to use my butt to walk up the stairs. I asked her for three days like I said of pain medicine to get me through and her excuse to not It to me was that in three days you could get addicted to opiate which one I looked online is a complete lie! I do not recommend going there. They do not listen to you.
