Walgreens Pharmacy

I received a notification my prescription was ready at 1:56, arrived at 2:00, pulled up to speaker at 2:02, left at almost 2:20. There was Lexi needs a course on customer service. While I sat and waited and waited, she gave no update, took another car in the other lane and got them out still with no update. Then when she comes back to me to ask the name again, she then has to leave again to mix the medicine. So exactly why was I notified the medicine was ready when it wasn't. I also didn't receive my childs other medicine that was ready days ago. This should've shown up under her name as well but she only gave me 1 prescription. I didn't even care at that point. I have a child with the flu in the car ready to go, I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for that.

Photo tech was very helpful by telling me to scan qr code and you can select pics from your phone easier, instead of plugging cord in and waiting for photos to load.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. I called for simple answers to my insurance questions and the girl over the phone was so incredibly rude, mocking me to the pharmacist. Worst customer service experience EVER!!!!!! NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!!! GO TO CVS

This pharmacy is so good to work with. Everyone is so helpful. They are well stocked, but sometimes they don't have my pills. They will help me find them at another store if I can't wait for them to order them.

Very poor communication, but most staff professional when you finally get to talk to them.
