Walgreens Pharmacy

Walgreens pharmacy here in Lewiston, Idaho, is the most incompetent I've seen in my life. I'm 50 years old, and I've never experienced such rudeness when trying to fill a prescription. Filling prescriptions is the most important thing for a pharmacy, and they drop the ball every single time. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I'm completely and totally fed up with them. It's outrageous and pure incompetence.

You can forget about getting any helpful customer service if it's close to closing time. You'll more likely receive some completely unprofessional and rude behavior, if they didn't decide to close the pharmacy 4 to 6 minutes early. Like most people out there, I have a job I work at during the day. So on the days that I would need to go to the pharmacy to pick up prescriptions for me or my family, I would have to do so when I got off work. I'd rush straight there as quickly as possible in order to get there before it closed, either at 6 p.m. or at their current 7 p.m. weekdays time. However, if I would to get there at say 5:56 p.m. and they closed at 6 p.m., I would be walking into the store only to see their own pharmacy employees walking out to their cars already. They tried to run my claim three times for my medication. Couldn’t get it to go through my insurance. Told me to call my insurance to figure it out. When I called them back after I had confirmed my insurance was correct, they argued with me and hung up on me.

This is the worst pharmacy. The customer service is horrible. The staff is rude and act like they don’t want to be there.

The girl who works there is very unprofessional. She needs to get another job where she doesn't have to work with people.
