Dr. Rhee is fantastic!! She pulled all my teeth for new dentures without any pain, during or after. I got right in for an adjustment in a week. The staff are all fantastic, competent and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I have been on a very difficult journey of trying to restore my dental health and Aspen has been so helpful throughout. Dental assistant Hailey is one of the best medical staff I ever met, she is so caring and makes sure you have the info you need. Dr. Rahe has helped me get on track to taking back my smile. They also are great about working with clients on insurance. I 1000% recommend Aspen to those looking for a caring dental office.

From the initial phone call to the successful (tooth extraction) outcome, Aspen Dental exceeded my expectations. Hailey promptly scheduled me and promptly brought me in. She listened attentively to my concerns, considering the limited resources available on the day before New Year’s Eve. My wait time in the lobby was minimal, at most 10 minutes. Marissa, the dental assistant, greeted me warmly and thoroughly explained the procedure. She patiently addressed any questions or concerns I may have had, making me feel comfortable and prepared throughout the process. Her expertise and compassion were truly commendable. Absolutely amazing experience. I have avoided going to the dentist for many years and was really worried about getting my teeth fixed. Dr. Rahe is incredible. She’s so gentle and really great at explaining everything. I’ve never felt more comfortable in my life. The assistants are very attentive and made me feel so welcome. The front office staff did a great job with arranging my appointments around my work schedule. 10/10! 😄

The Dentist and hygienist are amazing. Billing department a nightmare. I fear I may need to get my attorney to figure them out. The billing department continues to ask billing questions and needing me to provide them with info only the insurance company would have. I asked for them.to call.my insurance department to iron out their errors and the entitled man i was speaking to refused. So the billing department is definitely the problem...the Dentist lady is great and the hygienist also amazing. Billing department would get a -0 stars... I spoon fed them the info and it is still not fixed. Nightmare at aspens.
