Great customer service. I usually get my medicine from them.

Had some interesting issues figuring out picking up a prescription. But the team was able to hand us off to people who could help. Their team is caring and knowledgeable! Yes they can be short-staffed here and wait times can be long. But they are trying their best to serve us.

I’m not normally out after sunset by myself but tonight I had to be to get some cough medicine. I paid for my items and ask the cashier if he could watch me walk to my car, he said “Absolutely”. He watched me until I was in the car and started. This young man’s name is Juan Luke, thank you again.

Always rude on the phone - barb is probably the worst. She always seems very judgmental and bothered that you dared call. My meds are often short, I’ve walked in the store multiple times and overheard other customers also claiming of being short on meds. Most of the time the rest of the staff is kind, patient, informative, and helpful. I do like the convenience of the store hours and drive through option. When calling to get a rx activated they say that they don’t have any RXs in under my name, and many times I have to have my dr call to activate the RX. They say they can see everything on my profile yet I always have to ask them to look in the “saved folder”. It’s a lot of small things that just add up that make me not like this store. It always seems like they want to make everything ha
