NextCare Urgent Care Leavenworth

Highly Recommended Urgent Care Services in Leavenworth, KS 🏥 I’ve had two recent visits to the NextCare Urgent Care facility in Leavenworth, Kansas, and both experiences were excellent. A few days ago, I came in because I was coughing heavily and feeling extremely fatigued. I wanted to be tested for COVID and the flu. The check-in process was incredibly easy—I was able to complete everything on my phone, which made it quick and stress-free. I was brought back promptly, my vitals were taken, and because it was later in the evening, I met with a doctor via telehealth. She thoroughly reviewed my symptoms, confirmed that my COVID and flu tests were negative, and advised me to return if my condition didn’t improve. My symptoms persisted, so I returned today and was seen by an on-call doctor.

I was a walk in. There was no one waiting and they got me right back. This was still surprising to me, because I've been to other walk-in clinics and still had to wait 20-30 min to be seen. They were quick and answered my questions. I left understand completely. They took care of me quickly, professionally, and with care. If I have any other issues, I would definitely go back if I can't get in with my primary physician. I definitely recommend this place.

1st time at NextCare all the staff pleasant and professional. Facility very clean. Made my appt online and paperwork online. Did not have to wait long I think I was in and out 45min went picked my rx in 30 min at Walgreen. Enjoyable experience!

I was care for with kindness and understanding. I had a 10 star visit Thank you all who took care of me. You made my visit really well. If I EVER have to go to urgent Care again I will chose you. I was also educated on why it's important to get your cuts taken care of ASAP when stitches are needed. Thank you again❣️

I had a great experience. Dr. Amber was very kind and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident and comfortable. The staff were also friendly, and the facility was clean and well-maintained, so I felt at ease. I definitely plan to visit again! Updated• I visited again today and met five female staff members: the receptionist, the staff who checked my temperature, the doctor, and two others after my visit with the doctor.I gave a low rating because of one staff member who came in after the doctor left. Her expression was very unpleasant from the moment she entered, and she answered my questions in a rude way. If you work in healthcare, you should be friendly and considerate toward patients.All the other staff were kind, professional, and very helpful.
