People are not friendly except for the white guy (I absolutely love this guy). I’ve been observing this store for a while and the people with color are some kind of rude (via gestures) and they only talk and act nice when the one that they’re serving is a white person. I’m not being racist but please, if you’re brown…. I think you should be nicer to those people who got the same color as yours.
This League City Walgreens location is great for getting you up-to-date on all your Vaccinations (COVID, DPT, RSV, ShingRx, etc.). Appointments are easy to schedule, and you can get the paperwork done online ahead of time, then just ask the pharmacist/tech to scan the QR code on your phone or appointment confirmation and get your injection(s). I have Medicare and my vaccinations cost exactly $0.00!
Pharmacy techs are rude and unprofessional, too busy cracking jokes about the accents, outfits, insurance, et of patients to do their jobs. Every one of their techs I have interacted with has had no interest in helping people, instead they have an attitude and I have found there to be absolutely no redeeming qualities about this pharmacy. HEB and CVS are both close enough, save yourself frustration and go to one of them. And if you do come here? They'll probably just make fun of you once you leave.
Walgreens is continuing to be one of the worst pharmacy in the region. Employees are extremely disrespectful and treating people as garbage. They never able to answer questions about drugs availability in the store or other locations. In my case it was not about critical drugs. However, for my son they were not able to give straight answer about life critical drugs. Promising that tomorrow it will be in store and even don't bother to check nearest locations. We almost run out of medication till we start checking around and find that meds available in others stores in the Walgreens. Lazy and unhelpful. If you don't want to put life's of your loved once in hands of bad people avoid.
Long time CVS pharmacy customer but had to make the switch to Walgreens due to insurance. The staff is very unprofessional on the phone and the only way I was able to get my script filled was to show up in person and wait an hour in the store because calling multiple times over 3-4 days got me nowhere after already getting told “we’ll have it ready for you today.”
