Walgreens Pharmacy

I was surprised to have read many bad reviews about this location but then again most were related to prescriptions. I can only speak from what I normally shop here for and I've been shopping here for several types of items for nearly a year. I haven't had any issues with my purchases or reloading my prepaid card. This store is always well stocked with all I need. Prices could be a little lower as compared to CVS. CVS gives back bucks for purchases so they are usually my first choice to shop depending on if I feel like driving further up the road.

My prescription is never ready even though I fill it a day in advance and they always say they don't have my insurance in file...so my question to them is how did I get my prescription last month. This Rite Aid location is a waste of space and should be torn down to build something better.

It's an okay store, the staff are just there to do their work I guess, my bad experiences with them is the fact that you can get home and find whatever you bought isn't in the package or the wrong thing is inside. * I bought some glue only to get home and find it was empty. *Today I bought claritin and when I got home I found big green tablets. I called the pharmacy just to ask if they are aware that claritin changed their tablets the lady on the phone told me she doesn't know... ( I know it's an OTC drug) but through Google and calling the phone number on the box turns out its the wrong tablets...please be careful before taking any drug do your research.

First ,. Rite aide will not just hand one meds not covered by insurance formulary. .one, they fax the dr and or call the orecer dept themselves . Next, a nurse told me my meds were ready at rite aide. FYI i was very ill. Anyway, the meds were not ready. The supervisor of rite aide pharmacy called the hmo semergency number . Yes, i received my medication . By the way, never had a pharmacist stick up for me lastly, rite aide keeps excellent records; including med allergies and intereactions.

This pharmacy never has my prescriptions on hand, they always have to order it. Something as common as prenatal vitamins don't seem unreasonable to keep in stock.
