My first visit to Coupet Family Medicine was such a positive experience. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt calm and genuinely welcomed. The space itself is beautiful—modern design, aesthetically pleasing, with soothing colors that immediately put me at ease. The staff was incredibly caring and professional, which made the entire visit feel smooth and stress-free. I typically experience white coat syndrome when going to the doctor, but surprisingly, that wasn’t the case here. By the time I left the office, I felt relaxed and great overall. Dr. Coupet’s care is truly top tier. He is thorough, calm, and attentive, taking the time to listen and explain everything in a way that makes you feel comfortable and confident in your care. This is my second time visiting Dr. Dimitri’s office and my experience was just as nice and pleasant like the first one back July of 2025. The staff are so friendly and welcoming as well as helpful. Dr. Dimitri is incredible at his job. He takes the time to listen without interruption and never rushes through our visit. This is now my place of family physician home.

Dr. Coupet was excellent! He spent a full 30 minutes talking with me, really listening to every concern. He was patient, thorough, and explained everything clearly. I’ve never had a doctor spend that much time with me, usually it’s 10 minutes (or less) and you’re rushed out. He even did all my tests right there in the office instead of sending me to LabCorp, which was so convenient. His staff was super friendly, and the office itself was beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming, they even had water and tea available. Highly recommend Coupet Family Medicine!

You've found your doctor! The doctor you've always wanted, that listens, cares and is overall very attentive to you and your needs. Very positive experience -- staff was extremely responsive and friendly. This was my first visit: I'd requested a physical, but Dr. Coupet spent more than 30 minutes with me, taking the time and care to make me entirely comfortable in an open conversation about my health, and an open forum for questions.
