This is a small Town Pharmacy with a dedicated staff who tries their best to service customers. But beware! Don't be shocked when your request my be denied due to unpublished: 🔺Store Manager Policy. 🔺Pharmacy Manager Policy 🔺Company Policy when trying to use a Discount Card for your Rx's, Pickup Refills, DELIEVERIES or one off request. (Be prepared to see/call your Doctor a (2nd Time) to get Rx's filled due to the above non published Policies). Secondly, beware this pharmacy "uses the date Rx's are picked up" NOT THE DATE they are filled??? for picking up future refills. As told, it's a store/pharmacy manager's policy! Bottom Line: Make sure you know this store Rules, Policies, etc beyond those regulated by State & Federal Regulations or Insurance Company. Other than the above, a very g

My scripts were transferred from Rite Aid. It takes them days to fill/refill a script, yes I said days. They're also more expensive than Rite Aid. Always long lines but at least the staff is friendly. I have resolved that I will be transferring my scripts to another company. If they knew they were inheriting all the Rite Aid customers, they should've been more prepared with the influx. They just cannot keep up with the added customer base. My advice, go to Walmart.

Used this pharmacy in millsboro 6 yrs ago went to rite aid because of location rite aid closed went back to walgreens e en thou there a half an hour from my home Good customer service

My prescriptions where sent over 2 hours ago to the pharmacy, I am sick and told it will be another hour before they are ready? I will be finding another pharmacy for times like this when I am sick and in a jam because this is absolutely ridiculous. Never had to wait like this for rite aide

Nice style and nice staff. Store is very clean and easily navigated. They have an ATM albeit right at the entrance. Well stocked. Should thrive with rite-aid gone.
