Horrible front desk staff come in with a sore throat and ear pain with a history of chronic sinus infection. Have a history of asthma and it’s put a mask on. So I wasn’t having issues breathing but now I will struggle to try to breathe on top of already not feeling well. We really need to do better with this mask approach it’s not a one size fits all. It shouldn’t be this way. I’m not going to continue to suffer to breathe when that wasn’t even an issue I was being seen for over a preference that is no longer legally mandated. I could see if I was coughing and or running a fever but those aren’t symptoms of mine either.

Very bad experience. I was completely misdiagnosed. Incompetent nurse took my vitals, wrote down my temp as 92. Doctor came in, clearly could see I was running a temp, which was 102. Doctor claimed it was a simple virus. The next day I was taken to the emergency room with a very bad case of pneumonia and was out for weeks afterwards. The large woman at the front desk was rude to elderly folks with they walked in and tried to sign in using the iPad at the counter. She mocked them for not understanding how to use it. During my 2 hour wait to be seen (yes, I even had an appointment), the useless woman was on her cell phone the entire time, and if something took her attention from it, she became rude and frustrated. I'll never use this service again. Both staff and doctors are completely

I was told to show up at 8:45am, (new patient, to fill out paperwork) and so I did. After ten mins sitting patiently as the only one in the lobby, no one had acknowledged me so I figured something was up.. well I was right. Apparently there are 2 separate offices at the location. As a new patient (which I stated verbally) I wasn't aware. So I tapped on the window at 8:54 to which I was replied with "we're closed." She couldn't even bother to open the window to tell me that. Taken back, I replied saying "hi, I'm supposed to fill out some paperwork, I was told to get here at 8:45 so I was hoping someone can help me," politely. Instead of just sharing that info like a normal human with kindness, the lady who finally opened the window was extremely rude and told me "I must be looking for prima

Do not go to this place for any reason if you are in a health emergency. Go to the emergency room. Was told to go to my local walk in due to high fever and infection to get an immediate antibiotic by my dentist office bc they are not in office today and also in Salisbury. I did not have my ID bc I've misplaced it in all the appts I've had lately and hadn't gotten to DMV due to health reasons and just feeling poor from infection. I had many other forms plus insurance card and they could have requested a copy from primary's if it's such a big issue however I almost didn't go to the emergency room either because front desk lady insisted they would not see me without it. Glad I didn't listen by the time I got there I had a fever of 103 and they did see me. A mix of no compassion and wrong info
