Walgreens Pharmacy

I typically do not do reviews solely based in someone else's interaction/experience however today I just did not like what I overheard. I was shopping for vitamins and the (assuming) manager on duty was speaking with an associate about getting their tasks done. Now really all the associate said was they were done with what they had been given (or mostly done), instead of this manager going and I don't know checking the work that the associate did, she began to tell him "There's no way you could have done that so quick" "That generally takes a whole shift" "I take a long time to do that" essentially in disbelief that the associate had completed his tasks. Filled a random prescription under my infant son’s name on my account in a state I have never lived. The pharmacy will not answer the phone to talk about this. This time on hold, for 29 minutes with 2 callers ahead of me. Edit, on hold for 48 minutes now Edit #2. Took 1:18 and two phones calling to ask someone to physically walk back to the pharmacy before they picked up.

This is one of the worst Walgreens ever. I placed my prescription over a week ago and the girl tells me they were filling it now. I could not wait, so I came back at 4:30 pm to pick them up. The parking lot had a lot of cars, so I got un the drive through. After 30 minutes, one car left the window. It's now 5:03 pm. On top if this the store is filthy. It's starts at the front door and travels throughout the store. Shelves are in disarray and it overall uninviting. Awful store!!!!! Left around 5:20...Never got my prescription today. So frustrating!!!!!

They try real hard. The pharmacy is always short handed. The employees are doing the work of three people. I have had a hard time getting Rxs filled whether I call it in or do it online.

Had to report pharmacy emp and their floater pharmacist. Rep hung up on me 3 times and pharmacist covered for her by giving me a fake name when I called back and said I was reporting her to corporate. Disgusted! Manager says they are being disciplined but I don't believe it. Go somewhere else for your prescriptions if possible.
