I just want to say everyone there was very polite; caring & patient with me due to the pain I was in. They immediately help me feel better & were very good at explaining details on the issue I was having. Not only that but very reasonable pricing. Thank you all for being a blessing to me on today.

The dentist team at the Pleasant Run Dentistry did an awesome job with the service and hospitality that I received. I put an extraction procedure that went perfectly fine, also the front desk receptionist also did a wonderful job, assisting me with giving me the most economic service plan that benefits me. I couldn't agree more than saying how exceptional professional organized they where assisting me, thank you again the surgery went smooth very little pain, they dentist numbed me well enough for the extraction.

Iam very happy when I switch dentist. I am so happy With this dentist right now, I highly recommend her, and I have sent a lot of members of my family and friends. Here they do an awesome job. And they work with you and very, very friendly staff thank you guys.

Pleasant Run Family Dental, unfortunately, failed to address the issue I had. I was left alone for an hour without a check-in. Customer service called me four times for an extraction, but I wasn’t numbed and was rushed out immediately. They asked me to contact another physician for a price, but the next room was already serviced, and they arrived after me. It was a complete waste of time. They didn’t offer any assistance at all. It was a truly disappointing experience.
