Walgreens Pharmacy

This pharmacy is incredibly slow. I transferred a prescription from HEB to Walgreens to save $40, but trust me it wasn’t worth the hassle. Phone wait times are consistently over 20 minutes, and even when someone finally answers, they immediately put you back on hold multiple times. While I was waiting on the line writing this review, someone finally picked up and seemed impatient. Hang up before I finish. While the staff seems nice in person, they are clearly severely understaffed and overwhelmed. I feel sorry for them. I will stick with HEB

Ugh. Most pharmacies are a pain for one reason or another. Things are smoother here than other pharmacies I go to. They, Walgreens Pharmacy, has THE most obnoxious hold situation and recordings I've ever heard in my life. Can you just put us on hold, play the music and shut up please? They literally play the exact same like 8 seconds of some sort of classical pretty musical piece. And I have it all memorized. Every little note. I find myself humming along counting how many times I have to listen to this same 8 seconds over and over again before someone answers. It's better than the one in Alvin though because they would leave you holding for 45 minutes. So considering all these things I'm giving them a four. They often don't have a couple of my prescriptions and I find that pretty frustrat

They are super fast

I was waiting in line 15 minutes before closed I get it it was right before close but exactly at 8 o’clock they let the car in front of me leave and start shutting the windows down and watching me as it went down and where laughing. Like how freaking rude. I needed my medicine it wasn’t ready yet when I checked early if I could have gone earlier I would have but I was at work!

Would not even given 1 star if I had a choice. Very rude did not come in contact with everyone but the 2 I did were so rude maybe prejudice because you just don't treat someone the way they did for no reason
