From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with such kindness and care. Alexis and Mary were incredibly warm, patient, and supportive, making me feel comfortable every step of the visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly and created an environment that truly put my nerves at ease. Dr. Tran was exceptional—professional, gentle, and attentive. I felt heard, respected, and confident in the care I received. This team genuinely goes above and beyond, and it shows in how they treat their patients. I’m truly grateful for such a positive dental experience and highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, top-quality care.

My husband had severe tooth pain, from a broken tooth. He got no sleep. It happened to be a Saturday. I saw that Aspen Dental was open! The front desk lady was able to get us in at 9 am. The assistant was so sweet. The insurance lady was helpful. And the dentist- she was amazing. She showed genuine interest in helping my husband. The whole staff did! But the Dentist was able to get us in and out within two hours, as we hoped, because we had prior commitments and were kind of in a hurry but needed relief. Thankfully everything went well and my husband is feeling relief. Thank you Aspen Dental for the great customer service. We really appreciate you all!

Dr. Castillo was AMAZING!!! 🤩 She took the time to answer ALL the questions we had and in addition, thoroughly educated us on the process to the point to where I felt like I've learned so much in such little time. My girlfriend will be making this her go to dentist and so will her sister! 5 stars!!

This place is amazing! Gisela and Vanessa were so welcoming at the front desk. The dental assistants, Valerya and Lysette, were wonderful—both took the time to explain everything they were doing. The hygienist clearly walked me through my cleaning and gave great advice for continuing care at home. Dr. Castillo made sure I fully understood my treatment plan and answered all of my questions. And lastly, Juana, the consultant, explained the costs thoroughly and really helped ease my nerves.

My husband got dentures from here earlier this year and everyone has been great. He had a lot of dental issues and had to have a multitude of extractions. He said doc was amazing and he didn't even realize he had even started yet but doc was done and had them all out. They've also been great getting him in for adjustments as needed, even with his crazy plant work schedule. Special call out to Valerya and Vivian. Valerya did his adjustment on his permanent set today and pointed out things she noticed that have made a significant difference in the way they fit and feel. He is smiling and loving the way they look and feel now! Thank you guys so much!! :-)
