Walgreens Pharmacy

Needed my medications before I can eat any food. After the dr sent them to this location I waited 2 hours and heard nothing. Went to the store and they informed me that they would not be in until the next day and will be done by 10am. At 1030am I Called the phone number and the automated system told me after 1245pm they will be ready. Went to the store to be informed they were transferred to another location and that they are ready over there. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude. The automated system needs to be updated to let customers know that their prescriptions won't be done until the following day. I will never use any walgreens ever again.

Staff was helpful, this location has the Pfizer Booster available for Covid-19 vaccine. If you need the Moderna booster, the Walgreens on Country Club/Elliott Road is the location for that booster (across from Albertson's.) I took my Mom (87 yrs.) for her booster, but had to go to the other location for the matching booster.

The female pharmacist working whose name starts with a “D” clearly hates her job and unfortunately takes it out on customers. I came in to get a prescription for my daughter who has a stomach bug and was met with attitude from the moment I walked up. The pharmacist is extremely slow and somehow still can’t manage to pull up insurance information correctly.. literally to the point of me having to hand my phone over for her to speak to her FATHER so she could find my daughter’s insurance information. She said her information wasn’t in the system and questioned me knowing that my daughter actually is because she also gets her medicine at a Walgreens in Florida when with her dad. Made a chuckle when I double checked with her father on the phone that he does in fact go to Walgreens for her. Rud
