Access Urgent Care

Everyone that I encountered was kind and helpful. I had scheduled an appointment before arrival. I was seen and diagnosed and had my prescription sent to the pharmacy, all within 30 minutes, and I was back on my way home, which is precisely why I drove from Moss Bluff to this Urgent Care. This was either my second or third time using this Urgent Care, and I highly recommend it. No complaints other than I wish there was a Moss Bluff location. (Hint ..hint...lol)

I always have a pleasant experience every single time I come to this urgent care location. It is always a clean, calm environment. The physician, Austin Goings is usually who I see when I get seen. He is very attentive and listens to all of your concerns with care, which is very appreciated.

Worst medical staff ever! If you’re a Medicaid patient, don’t go here ! They will bill your Medicaid insurance for visits and not even provide you with any documentation for the diagnosis. They do nothing to help their patients whatsoever. Huge waste of time, money, and resources. Muriel Chatenay is incompetent and didn’t even document my diagnosis of fibromyalgia and hypertension on my chart. She charged my insurance but didn’t provide any medical treatment or services. Dominique is VERY rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.

Been here twice in 3 weeks with my 4 yr old. She has consistently run fever since Thanksgiving, had body aches and now coughing til she throws up. The first time we went, it was determined she had constipation!?!? Went again, this time they tested for flu and covid, negative for that. They gave her a prescription for steroids. My kid is still sick. 3 weeks of consistent fever. I'm not real sure what we paid for. Do not recommend. Yes you "reached out" . I got a call, was put on hold, then the call disconnected.

Staff was amazing! Friendly informative in and out in no time! The office is clean and efficient! My new emergency urgent care!!!
