Walgreens Pharmacy

This location is a hundred times faster and more organized than the Johns Crossing location. It's a bit too far from our house, so we are switching back to CVS, but I wanted to leave this review to let the staff know they've been very helpful over the years whenever the Walgreens Johns Xing location near our house has dropped the ball, messed up our RX, been out of stock, had super long wait times, and misplaced prescriptions.

This place has the energy of a mausoleum. It's dark, sad, dreary and feels like it is a gateway to a world called depression. This place is literally sadness incorporated into a building. The cashiers are teenage zombies. Not cool Jackson thriller zombies. These guys wouldn't even chase you for the brains they need to survive because of the overwhelming sense of sadness that looms through this Walgreens that is literally weighing them down. Come here if you want to have an existential nightmare and overpriced laxative. Also the music is barley audible. Excuse me but Barry Manilo is a legend.. you need to play "If you like pinya coladas" as loud as legally possible. I shouldn't have to squint to hear it. Have some respect. Overall a generic Walgreens layout is weird but if you're in a bind

I like this pharmacy. It is close to my home. They contact my doctor for refills. I receive a text and an automated phone call when medications are ready. The negative reviews with 1 star are from 4 and 5 years ago.

If you want to drop off a fedex package be sure it is not bigger than a shoe box, otherwise they won't accept it. Won't return for other needs. Not good Customer service.

That is the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had!!! I submitted my prescription on Thursday for pickup on Saturday. I get there and they rudely tell me there no refills! Why didn't they call it in before then?!? Or call me?!? She just said we can't help you today. I said I would be out of pills by tomorrow she said there was nothing she could do. NEVER USE THEM!!! I called my old Walgreens pharmacy on Old Milton and Main. They are giving me an emergency quantity and they faxed the doctor right then. Drive the 5 miles and use this pharmacy they are the best and actually care!
