Dr. Cox and his staff were amazing!! He explained everything to me very thoroughly, he listened to my concerns and promised to help me achieve the goal of a perfect smile just for me. Tia my assistant was very nice, gentle and reassured me that my braces looked cute on me (I was very nervous to see them on) lol. Love the staff!! Glad to be a part of the family!!

I definitely recommend getting your braces here! I just got mine yesterday, I’ve never been to an orthodontist before but everyone was so welcoming and accommodating to my schedule. They are sweet and definitely take pride in all clients and making sure they are comfortable and happy. They were able to tell me what would be the most comfortable and helpful for me and my teeth which I truly appreciate because I can tell they care a lot.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with my daughter orthodontist. The entire staff is kind, patient, and welcoming, which made every visit stress-free for her. The orthodontist took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my daughter felt comfortable and confident throughout her treatment. We’re very happy with the progress and highly recommend this office to any parent looking for excellent orthodontic care for their child.

I recently got bottom braces at the Alpharetta Brookhaven Orthodontics location. The office is beautiful!!! The staff was wonderful from my check-in to getting my braces on. I brought up a minor concern I had to Dr. Cox and he made sure to talk through a solution for me. When I went to checkout, the staff very quickly reached out to insurance for coverage on the service we added. I was literally still in the parking lot when they called me with an update! Looking forward to continuing my treatment here!

The new office is so beautiful. Dr. Cox and Dr. Cohen are the best orthodontist ever. People always tell me I have a million dollar smile and I thank them so much. Great assistance at both locations and beautiful front desk staff. The management and treatment coordinator are awesome. The insurance coordinator is one of the best and she’s so nice, been with the company for 10 years! That shows you this office is great with the staff, so I know they’re great with the patient care. Plus Rosie is the best if you are nervous or scared. She makes you feel like you are at home relaxing. I would give them 10 stars if could but I recommend anyone who wants braces done to come here. #TeamBrookhavenOrthodontics
