Walgreens Pharmacy

Waited 2 hours post my appointment time before they would actually give me my vaccine. I was the only person here too. They just kept saying wait in the waiting area. Easily the most disorganized Walgreens I've ever been too. Pharmacist was busy with taking care of personal things. The worst part is they didn't even know what vaccine to give me. I had to tell them twice cause they kept forgetting. What's the point of an online appointment system if they don't even read the information?

First time ever having a poor experience at a Walgreens Pharmacy. Was told by my local Walgreens pharmacy to come here for my dog's medication (it was out of stock at most of the pharmacies.) The lady at the counter was very unhelpful and didn't bother to look up any patient records. While I can't blame anyone for out of stock medicine, she refused to offer any support because the pharmacy was closing for lunch in 20 minutes....told me to go to CVS even though she didn't know if the insulin will be available. Decided to call a different Walgreens Pharmacy myself and got to someone in less than 5 minutes and was able to secure the insulin before 1:30pm (she told me it would take too long to call...) Horrible store and manager I just ordered arthritis gel online so I don’t need to go to the store, but they just give me a product that it’s gonna expired on December 2025 when I called the store and telling them next time pay attention of the expiration date of the product that they gonna give to the customer who ordered online because that’s why I ordered online not to experience any hassle and now I need to go to the store to return product. The manager response to my complain that they just scan the item and then put it in a bag. How horrible is the response of a manager? and then I was telling him that you guys in a medicine field you should pay attention of every medicine that you’re gonna give to the guest and then he response again that only they can pay attention is if the medicin

This is a sick place. Extremely long lines, total mismanagement and disorganized. Never go to this pharmacy to pick up your medicine

I was never treated so horrible in my life for my husband who has cancer and diabetes so I wanted to buy a bag of insulin syringes that I never had a problem buying in any place in Brooklyn or in New York but the Japanese or Chinese or Korean or I don't really care what she was pharmacist was so nasty she charge me $0.50 3 days ago for one syringe when they were going to sell me the bed for $3 and then today 3 days later she charged me 75 cents and said I wasn't here what are we all look the same like making like I'm prejudiced meanwhile all I wanted was the same respect I gave her and she lied and said oh I wasn't here the other day what do you think we all look the same like making them like I think all Chinese people look the same I never said that I never would say something like that
