I want to thank the Doctor and staff for such a pleasant experience. First time I go into a medical office and see the girls enthusiastic with positive energy. Very rare to see this now a days. The Doctor addressed my issue in a very professional way, actually took the time to explain in detail and was very honest with my options for treatment. Just wanted to take a minute to shout out this office. I recently started receiving my treatment here and they have made my experience a fast and effective one. I’ve had problems with my insurance at other offices and this is the only one who helped me call my insurance and get my treatment started. Lovely staff and I already see my results. Highly recommended.

The front desk staff is in efficient! The follow up visit was riddled with mistakes, most important, the change in pharmacy. I asked if they knew we were using a new pharmacy. Both said yes, but when no meds were given, I had to return in person to ask them to verify what pharmacy it was sent to. They had sent it to the old pharmacy! Then, at a one week follow up, given I was working from home and had a meeting, we went in early to see if we could be seen sooner. I politely asked the front desk lady if she could help us be seen first given my predicament. She went into a moralistic spiel that there was someone in front of me, that I had to respect other people's times, that I had to wait my turn, and the doctor wasn't even in the office. I was asking for a favor, not a lesson on ethics and

Doctor Francis is the best! She is very sweet and very professional. I wouldn’t change her for another podiatrist. The staff is very friendly, I enjoy coming to my appointment. I recommend coming to the 91st office😀
