Walgreens Pharmacy

Without a doubt the worst service I've ever received. My first time writing a review, but the rudeness I received today along with lack of help or accountability when I need my meds is beyond infuriating. Look at the rest of the reviews, this place should be ashamed of itself. Staffing changes should be made, I'm happy to talk to anyone with any real care over there about the specifics of how poorly they treat humans who are just trying to manage their life with the critical nature of medications.

This Walgreens pharmacy needs significantly more staff. Every phone call— for even the simplest question, is a minimum of 20 min on hold, though usually closer to 45+ min hold time. The drive thru, though convenient, is not managed well at all. Used to be 2 lines, is now permanently down to 1. Once in line you’re stuck— and if you finally get to the front of the line and it’s lunch time, you’re just out luck. WHY CANT THERE BE SOME SORT OF NOTIFICATION SYSTEM in place— like a digital sign?? And once you reach a human, many of them are short and rude (not all. Some seem to go out of there way make up for others). If there were a convenient CVS close to my house I would change pharmacies in a heartbeat!

This pharmacy is the worst. Phone wait times are awful. No one knows what is going on. Do not recommend.

Because my insurance only paid for 'name brand' meds, and the MD prescribed generics- 3 medications were heald up for 3 days. 2 inhalers needed were a part of that.it was referred to as a 'Glitch in the system. When explaining the pain is endured, she (the pharmacist ' stated I should've called. I explained that I did the very next day, a Saturday. But the wait time was in excess of 10 minutes, to which she countered me that the wait times were less than one minute that day. She stated I was being rude. Well, she's a fiber as I have NEVER had less than a minute wait time at this pharmacy. The last 2 times were in excess of 20 minutes. I wouldnt trust them with a grocery list, and my pain still rings true every time I think of this pharmacy.

The staff is rude and it took a long time for me to get my meds for my child after they told me 30 mins I had to wait another 30 after that . Not good customer service at all and they didn’t even apologize go to cub instead !
