The lady pharmacist that I spoke to was extremely rude and nasty to me. I told her I was in alot of pain and she said "you're the one making it worse on yourself honey." I simply tried to give her my date of birth first so she could pull up my acct and she said no you need to tell me your question first and after all of that she then asked for my date of birth and said she didn't see my prescriptions. My Spine Doctor prescribed 4 pain meds 4hrs ago and I was still waiting for one of them to be filled. I asked if there was anyone else that I can speak to and she transferred me to a male pharmacist that was really nice and patient with me. The pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service !!! They take forever to give you your medication, they give you a hard time if you need any help. My medication was sent there at 6 am and they said it won’t be ready until 6pm … 12 hrs and the guy said I was wasting his time when I told him my elderly mother would be picking it up for me and couldn’t wait too long.. he hung up on me .. I’ll never get medication from them again

Julian Simon and the staff at this pharmacy has had me put here for close to 2 hours. I just got out of the hospital with Covid-19 and he's argued with me and she said she didn't know what medications I'm supposed to have. They should be listed in their system. I called ahead and I ever showed them my copies. Still they said I wasn't covered for a glucose meter, gave me the wrong amounts of mg dosages for vitamins, and then proceeded to argue with me after charging me for 50 mg of zinc when I was prescribed 220 mg. When I asked for them to check again, Julian proceeded to argue with me and acted like I was asking him for a huge favor. Why not follow the hospital directions to begin with? Totally incompetent pharmacists and techs. I went to another Walgreens in Miami that could fill a certain prescription for me but I couldn’t wait due to it being my lunch hour. Came to this Walgreens after work which is near my home and advised that the prescription would be $45 more than the other told me it would be. When I stated what that Walgreens price was, the tech told the pharmacist and she immediately advised there was no “coupon” for that and that was the price. I then asked the tech if he could contact that Walgreens to see why there was a discrepancy and he advised me that if I would call myself it might be faster.
