Memorial Urgent Care Center - Palm Springs North/Country Club of Miami

I have to say I’m impressed. In and out within an hour and excellent service. I appreciate the staff and doctor were respectful of my time. Woke up still not feeling well after a few days and was able to make an appointment within a couple of hours for the same day. Waiting room and exam room were clean. Front desk staff greeted me when I arrived. She was courteous and professional. My nurse, Dora, was pleasant, professional and just so kind. She came to check on me a few times while I was waiting for the doctor. Dr. Arroyo had great bedside manners and he actively listened. He was concise and I did not feel rushed. I’ve always like Memorial’s standard of care and professionalism. It was an overall pleasant experience for an unpleasant reason. Thank you to all the staff. Stay well.

First, walking in was so welcoming. I don’t quite remember the representative in the fronts name, either Carmen or Ana, but she was amazing nonetheless. Faith in Radiology was outstanding. Dr. Martin was easy to talk to, quick, and efficient. I was in and out in under an hour, including X-rays! Highly recommend this place for fast and excellent care

We had a great experience during my daughter’s visit to urgent care. The staff was very kind, professional, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The provider took the time to listen to our concerns and explained everything clearly. Overall, we felt very well taken care of. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend this urgent care to others.

A great place for some quick service when one was is sick. I, unfortunately, am immunocompromised after surviving COVID and I tend to get colds and the flu quite quickly. I’ve been here several times and the service has always been excellent. The staff including Dr. Martin, Dora, Matea, Amin, and the rest are excellent. It’s a blessing that it’s close to me and I’ve been able to get help from them.

Excellent experience at Memorial Urgent Care Hialeah. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel cared for and respected. Ana, the medical assistant, was incredibly delicate, patient, and professional. She never rushed the process and took the time to make sure I was comfortable, which truly made a difference. Dr Moreno was attentive and I also want to thank Lisandra, Vanessa, and Amin for their kindness, efficiency, and professionalism. This urgent care center has an exceptional team. I highly recommend it and am very grateful for the level of service I received.
