Walgreens Pharmacy

I have been going to this Pharmacy for years they are overwhelmed with the amount of prescriptions that need to be filled but they are doing the best they can. They have most of Rite Aid's prescriptions they don't always have the help anyone who works knows that keeping an employee isn't always easy. The auto system sometimes causes more problems than you can possibly know. I know that the pharmacist do the best they can. Plus they have been overwhelmed with vaccines this is flu season. I know it's hard to be patient and it seems like we all get lost in the mix but I know that they are doing everything they can to get our prescriptions ready for us.

This pharmacy is fine for how busy they are. They need to do something to help their employees. My only real complaint is that I often have to listen to some of the employees talk very loudly and very negatively about other customers. Vent about your job where the public can't hear you. This is an issue that also leads to huge violations of privacy. I've heard private medical info for other people coming directly out of the mouth of an employee because she felt the need to complain about phone call from (insert name) regarding (insert medication) where everyone could hear. The drive thru is a big convenience but I'm starting to think it may no longer be worth it.

This is the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. Their automated phone service will call you and tell you to come pick up your prescription. And then when you get there they'll act like your insane for thinking you prescription is ready. They'll say "Come back on Monday and we will have it." Then you come back on Monday at 5 PM and they say they haven't filled it yet. Then you come back on Wednesday thinking "Surely THIS is enough time for them to have it ready." Nope. Not only is it not ready, they won't have it available until Friday. If I saw this service at like... I don't know, a bakery, I'd be like "Okay, fine. I'll just go somewhere else. No biggie." But this is people's medicine. I can't just go to Walmart and get it instead. The doctor called it in to here. This is people's lives

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. They are extremely slow and medications are never ready when they are supposed to be. I drive 30 mins to a different location because it’s faster than waiting on them

Always a long line, always out of medications needed, not filled even days later after receiving script, not enough employees. Worst pharmacy we’ve ever used!!!
