Traditional Massage Therapy

I would not recommend these services. It was clear from the beginning of my massage that the staff member assisting me had zero education or training in massage therapy. I paid upfront, $60, for a 60 minute service, then was told prior to leaving that the minimum tip amount was $20. Very unprofessional and a waste of time and money.

I made an appointment for foot reflexology. The girl immediately asked me to give her my credit card to pay for the service before I got it. I said ok. Then she asked me if I will be putting my tip on my card. I said yes. She then said that she needed to know how much and I said that I didn't know until after the service. She told me that I have to give her at least a $10 tip. How could I do that without getting the service first? I took my card out of her hand and left so she could not process anything because I did not even get the service yet!! I will never ever go back. St the very least, they should reserve appointment s by credit card and have policies for fail to show up etc. Tips are for quality of service

Very good massage. They were cautious regarding covid restrictions. Checked my temperature when I first came in and when I was not face down on the massage table had me wearing my mask. Cindy was the attendant and gave an extremely good massage. Definitely not a clock watcher was it a full 60 minutes

When I arrived I was asked to pay first, during my massage the therapists phone was ringing very loudly, she apologized and turned it down and then it rang again a minute later, to my surprise she answered it and had a full loud conversation during my massage. After my massage she was upfront waiting for me to tip her, I gave her a small tip (which after the phone thing I dont feel she deserved) she counted it and said the minimum tip is $10 for a 30 minute massage and that next time I come I owe her. Price was $40 for 30 minutes. massage i recieved 25 minutes (she was on the phone for 5 of my minutes) if I tipped her the minimum per her it would have cost $50. For $65 + tip I can get a 1 hour massage most other places and they wont take a personal call during g it.

It's 2019 and they can't figure out how to accept card even though the door says they accept visa MasterCard etc. I even taught them how to do it last time I went in and today they just gave up. Pic is of last time when I showed them how to do it.
