Walgreens Pharmacy

Y’all need to hire more people. Y’all don’t answer the phone. Some of us have disabilities that don’t allow us to drive. I filled my medications LAST WEEK and it’s saying delayed reviewing prescription. My doctor sent in new prescriptions in December. I’m about to run out and y’all don’t answer the phone. I miss when it was just Brookshire’s. This is ridiculous.

If there were literally any other pharmacy that took my insurance, you know I’d be there in a heartbeat. Backed into a corner to say the least. If you have any other option, please use it. Slow, takes over a week to fill scrips, if they don’t lose them in the first place. Never ever answer the phone and ALWAYS short staffed. You’ll heal yourself before your script is ready for pickup.

It is UTTERLY ridiculous how lazy and slow the staff of this pharmacy is. As we speak, I’ve been on hold for almost an hour and there’s one person ahead of me. It’s very rare that they fill prescriptions timely either. I will be filing a complaint with the higher ups, because when you have a two year old with the flu and a high fever you don’t play around with this!

I’ll be blunt: Walgreens as a company already sets the bar pretty low. So it’s honestly impressive when one particular location manages to limbo under it every single time. The Walgreens consistently delivers the full experience of wasted time, poor communication, and a general vibe of “we’d rather be anywhere else.” Long waits, confusion that feels systemic, and customer service that ranges from indifferent to nonexistent. Mistakes happen. Staffing issues happen. But when every visit feels like déjà vu, that’s not bad luck; that’s culture. If you’re looking for efficiency, accountability, or even basic courtesy, this location will help you appreciate literally any other pharmacy. ⭐️ (And that star is for the building still standing.)

If I could give them negative 5 starts I would. This is the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been to! Customer service is horrible! I go to this pharmacy for an elderly patient of mine, I’ve been here 6 TIMES to pick up one prescription for her! Every time I’ve went or called they said the medication wasn’t ready. It has now been over a week and went up there again and they proceeded to tell me that it would be a 10min wait. Waited (20mins) went through Drive thru (which I’m surprised it was even opened being that every time I come there it’s closed!) the lady at the window said it would be ready later today! This is ridiculous and so unprofessional! Never will use this pharmacy ever again!
