Walgreens Pharmacy

I switched from price chopper to Walgreens a year ago and I do not have a single complaint. If my insurance doesn't pay for a medication, they apply their own coupons that are typically lower then goodrx. The app is simple and convenient, from filling prescriptions to scheduling vaccinations. Staff is also top notch and very professional.

Constantly having to call to remind them that the pharmacist has to review my prescriptions or it will be several days if not at all. When updates on a prescription comes in they obviously don't pay attention to them because this will be the 3rd or 4th time I've had to call because the dosage was wrong.

Never known a pharmacist to deny a heart patient refills unless they could name the medicine before they would refill their scripts! UNTIL YESTERDAY! A male party denied me my prescriptions refill because I couldn't remember the names of what all my doctors have me on, as I take 13 a day!! What in this upside down world kind of shinanigans is THAT?! Definitely going to be switching pharmacy's, and I'm seriously considering having the BBB investigate to see if that is a company policy, or a personal power trip! I don't suggest this pharmacy for people who take more than a few meds a day, or who can say the names of what they've been prescribed. Ugh!

Little slow and not very personable. But they get their job done.

Do NOT believe their vaccination schedule. Just because you're able to make an appointment online does NOT mean they will have it in stock. Call before you go in. One hour round trip wasted!
