Turned in my paperwork then received a letter claiming paperwork was never received a month later. So did they just throw my stuff away I gave them??

I brought my mom in to get her Medicaid reinstated after a clerical error caused her to be dropped, and she had been getting absolutely nowhere online or via phone. The staff here were so kind and compassionate, identified that she had been in the right, and were able to get her Medicaid reinstated back to the date she had been dropped. They were an absolute blessing to us at a time we needed them. 5 stars just doesn't seem like enough to give these ladies.

When I call in the phone it tells me to come in. I get there over 3 hours before they close and am told they are too busy on the phones to input anyone in person. Come back Monday or Tuesday morning, you should have better luck then. Thanks for wasting 45 minutes of driving.

I was helped immediately on walking by a nice young lady who understood my distress and did my interview right there on the spot and everything finished up in about 20 minutes. I went in stressed out and downright depressed but left with a big smile on my face and a tremendous amount of that stress relieved. 🙂

Called on a Tuesday to make sure they’re open from 8-5 on Wednesday’s. Was told that was correct and same on their doors on the building and website. Got here, a lady told me that they don’t open till 9 on Wednesday’s. Then why are the doors unlocked? Why was I able to come in? Then this lovely lady decided to print a piece of paper and stuck it OVER the hours stating that Wednesday’s they’re open at 9-5... Better change your website too while you’re at it. Then when asking if we have the right paperwork before staying here for an hour just to discover it’s all wrong we were told that they’re computers aren’t up and they can’t help us. The same lady who said their computers aren’t up has tried helping and still is, which I appreciate. I’m just over this and I don’t know if the government s
